Mounting photo paper on a forex carrier plate is the most cost-effective form of presentation among rigid media. The image is printed on high-quality glossy or silk-matt photo paper, laminated if required and mounted on 5 mm thick Forex. Photos on Forex can be used for all indoor areas and laminated for protected outdoor areas.

By printing on the photo paper using the 12-colour printing process, we achieve a more professional image quality than with direct printing, as the white areas are really white and the images impress with their colour brilliance and colour saturation.

The bright white and feather-light Forex rigid foam board has a silky matt, homogeneous surface. Thanks to the white colour, the reverse side also looks very elegant and provides an ideal base for all hanging systems.

Please note that forex pictures without a blind frame as a hanging system can curl relatively quickly. This is due to fluctuations in air temperature and humidity. If you want a long-lasting product, we recommend a picture on aluminium dibond.

The cost-effective laminations of your photos on Forex, a hard foam board, are light as a feather and present themselves well throughout the interior. Using a 12-colour printing process, we print on high-quality branded photo paper and mount it on the 5 mm thick Forex carrier board. This achieves better quality than direct printing and gives the images beautiful colour brilliance and saturation. As with all printolino photo papers, we also achieve differentiated tonal gradations.

Like all printolino products, you can also order your photos on Forex online in any format - including large or panoramic formats. Thanks to the low weight and our specific hanging systems, you can easily hang your photos on Forex on any wall. If you want to place or lay your photo on Forex somewhere, the picture can also be ordered without a hanging system.

NOTE: We recommend (especially larger) forex pictures only for temporary occasions (e.g. shop windows). This is because fluctuations in temperature and humidity can cause the forex to bend. If you want long-lasting pictures for your home or for exhibitions, please choose the product pictures on aluminium dibond!

Important: The matt laminate is particularly popular with our customers. In contrast to the glossy laminate, the matt laminate has no structure and lies very nicely on the photo paper. The glossy laminate has a slight structure and unfortunately reflections cannot be avoided due to the glossy surface. We therefore always recommend the matt laminate.

For large formats, we recommend the stable and professional version of the blind frame. A blind frame consists of an aluminium profile and is attached to the back and fitted with additional hangers. The all-round blind frame, offset approx. 10 cm inwards, gives your picture additional stability. This means that even large pictures can be hung effortlessly and without worry. This blind frame is not visible from the front and has a depth of 8 mm on the back. This gives your forex picture an additional depth effect.

Required from 60 x 60 cm!

This aluminium hanging rail can be used for small and medium formats and is attached to the top of the back wall of the forex picture. The spacers at the bottom allow the picture to hang vertically on the wall.

This hanging system creates an elegant distance of 8 mm from the wall. This gives you additional depth.

Practical "Aufhängerli" which can be fixed to the hanging rail are included. This allows you to hang your favourite picture securely on the wall.

Generally recommended from 20 x 20 cm to 60 x 60 cm!

At printolino, all image data is checked free of charge before printing. All products are printed on high-quality photo paper or canvas using our innovative colour management system and modern digital printers in a 12-colour printing process with solvent-free pigment ink. We can further refine the prints as required. For example, the images can also be mounted on a stable aluminium composite panel, Dibond, and additionally laminated with a glossy or matt finish, depending on the area of application.

Dispatch or collection

The pictures on Forex are packaged safely and securely by us and delivered by Swiss Post. This means that you can enjoy your new photo on Forex after a short production time. You also have the option of collecting your pictures from us at Technopark Lucerne in Root D4.
